Shunfang manufactures large-diameter HDPE pipe systems for two duties: steel-wire-reinforced PE pressure pipe for water transmission and supply, and structured-wall HDPE pipe for gravity drainage and sewers. Very large pipes can be produced on site where transport is the constraint.

Shunfang Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. has made polyethylene pipe in Dezhou, Shandong since October 2011. Pipe is produced at our own site, test reports carry CNAS and ILAC-MRA marks, and for diameters above 3 m moving the production equipment to your project site can be assessed.
Up to DN1600, Steel Wire Reinforced PE Composite Pipe. For 2.6 m and above, Large-Diameter Reinforced PE Pressure Pipe. For sizes in between, send us the diameter and pressure and we will confirm the construction.
Standard classes run from 0.4 to 2.5 MPa depending on diameter, with 3.0 MPa after project review. At DN2800 and above the published classes are 0.4 to 1.0 MPa.
Drinking-water use requires confirmation of the applicable material and hygiene approvals for your market. Ask us for the current documents.
Type A is all polyethylene with smooth inner and outer walls. Type B adds steel wire inside the ribs and is the choice for larger diameters and for SN12.5 or SN16.
Type B is published from DN160 to DN5000 and can be made up to 6 m for specific projects. Type A diameters are confirmed per project.
For pipe above 3 m, on-site production can be assessed when transport is the constraint.
