Shunfang's structured-wall HDPE pipe is spiral-wound for gravity drainage and sewer lines. Type A is a hollow-wall pipe with smooth inner and outer surfaces. Type B has steel-wire-reinforced ribs, is published from DN160 to DN5000, and can be made up to 6 m in diameter for specific projects.

Type A or Type B — which should I choose?
Type A is all polyethylene with smooth inner and outer walls. Type B adds steel wire inside the ribs and is the choice for larger diameters and for SN12.5 or SN16.
What diameters are available?
Type B is published from DN160 to DN5000 and can be made up to 6 m for specific projects. Type A diameters are confirmed per project.
What ring stiffness classes are available?
Type B is supplied in SN12.5 and SN16. Type A stiffness is confirmed per project.
How are the pipes joined?
Type A: socket joint with elastomeric seals, electrofusion band or extrusion welding. Type B: heat-shrink sleeve, sealed socket, butt fusion or electrofusion band.
Can pipe be produced on site?
For pipe above 3 m, on-site production can be assessed when transport is the constraint.
